  • There are 3 programs: Basic, Pro & Premier. All programs contain 6 modules, including 40 videos and 20 tasks. The Pro & Premier programs include strategy sessions, nutritionist-approved recipes and personal assistance.

  • You learn why you should eat in a plant rich way to get the health outcomes you desire. You also learn how to do this - the program has been designed so that you can build a health promoting way of eating.

  • Steph has spent the past 5 years working for a global corporation specialising in plant nutrition and is a Registered Nutritionist in New Zealand and Australia. In her earlier years she consulted through a health & fitness centre. She has completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Science at The University of Otago, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Science (Human Nutrition) at Massey University.
