I’m the Director & Lead Nutrition Consultant of up_statuss. 

I’m also a trusted health professional, netball coach & player, Aunty, proud Kiwi living in Australia and a glass half full kinda gal. 

Over the past 10 years I have helped and inspired 1000’s of individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. 

At school I was always interested in sport, science and food (I mean, who isn’t interested in food). 

This steered me to completing a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Human Nutrition & Food Science at Otago University, New Zealand. Then onto postgraduate human nutrition studies at Massey University. 

While studying postgraduate I worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist out of a gym as well as a product development technologist at ANZCO Foods, a beef and lamb company in New Zealand. 

Hey, I’m Steph Polson

 I then did a 180 degree turn, into Sanitarium The Health Food Company, a leading plant nutrition company. 

I had the absolute pleasure of featuring as the Nutritionist on the ex-All-Blacks ‘Match Fit’ documentary. The players were filmed as they changed their diet and lifestyle in order to prepare themselves for a rugby game and get ‘Match Fit’. 

In 2022, I started up_statuss to help people feel better and look great. 

Since then, I’ve helped 100s of people change their diet with little stress, complexity and certainly no negativity.

I’m an Australian Registered Nutritionist and New Zealand Registered Nutritionist. So you could call me a Brisbane Nutritionist, Christchurch Nutritionist, Auckland Nutritionist, Sydney Nutritionist, Melbourne Nutritionist, Wellington Nutritionist, Ashburton Nutritionist…I could go on. I do it all online which means I get to help more people just like you.
